Artist Statement

My work is rooted by trauma formed from childhood and domestic abuse that led to a nervous breakdown. I challenge viewers to gaze and stand witness to the experiences of myself and immoral actions that happen to children all too often.


To be seen is to be heard. I want my work to connect with other peoples experiences growing up, getting married, and being preyed upon. My practice is to experiment with new techniques and materials as I aim to enhance the narrative of my work.
